Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• We aim to ship all orders within 1 week of receiving your order.

• Orders are shipped from Brisbane, QLD, Australia, using Australia Post.

• Shipping is free within Australia for all orders.

• Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post’s delivery zones and schedules:

  • Metro areas: 3-4 days

  • Regional areas: 3-5 days

  • Rural areas: 5-10 days

  • Remote areas: 7-14 days

• Please note: Pieces over 100cm cannot be delivered to a post office box.

International Shipping:

• For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times vary.

We want you to love your purchase from Tracey Ivo Artist–here’s how we handle refunds

• Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges for a change of mind cannot be given.

• Every precaution is taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

If by chance your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. I will contact you with details of sending through a postage return label so you can return the piece in its original packing tube /parcelor carton.Intellectual Property

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen settings. Any variation between images represented and actual artwork is not deemed as a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return
